Parent/Guardian/Student
Welcome
back! I hope you all had a lovely summer! I have lots to tell you so please make
sure you take time to read all the information on this letter.
Email
I shall now
only be sending out letters via email. If I do not have your email address on
the system please email me,
michelle@thedanceacademy.co.uk
and I will add you to the list. If you do not have email then you must check the
notice board/website weekly for any information. If you have any questions
please email me or call me, please try not to ask me things at class times as
this eats into valuable teaching time!
Invoices
These will
be available on the first week of term with payment due by the second week
(unless prior arrangement has been made with me).
It is your responsibility to
make sure you collect the invoice, Carole (my mum) should be there most weeks to
collect them from and to make payments to.
Uniforms
Please
ensure your child wears the correct uniform to class. If you need to order any
uniform this must be done on the first week of term and paid for upfront for
delivery on the second week. Again please hand your orders into Carole on the
first week of term.
Staff
changes
Miss
Jessica will sadly be leaving us as of next week as she has successfully
auditioned for a job dancing in Brazil! I’m sure you’ll join me in wishing her
the best of luck in her new job. I hope she comes back to visit soon! In her
place Miss Emma Sheldon will be coming to teach with us on a Saturday morning.
Miss Emma has recently graduated with her teaching associates from the highly
acclaimed Phil Winston’s Theatre Works College.
Some of you may remember Miss Emma as she has taught for us previously
when I have been on maternity leave.
Christmas Hits
We will be
taking part in Christmas Hits once again this year at Blackpool Opera House on
Saturday 10th December. Permission slips for this will be coming out
soon.
